PassPhoto Service Terms
Article 1 (Purpose and Definitions)
- These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set forth the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by Rocketworks (“Company”) through https://passphoto.makepic.ai (“Service”) and dedicated mobile applications (“Mobile App”), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users, and other necessary matters.
- “User” refers to any person who uses the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
- “Product” refers to all items provided by the Company through the Service or Mobile App, including digital photos for official documents.
- “Product Pickup” refers to downloading purchased products or collecting them at designated locations.
Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
- These Terms become effective upon being posted on the Service screen or otherwise notified to Users.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws. In the event of amendments, the Company will notify Users at least 7 days in advance; for significant changes, at least 30 days in advance.
- Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may stop using the Service.
Article 3 (Provision and Modification of Services)
- The Company provides Users with the following services:
- Creation and download of official document photos
- Product delivery or pickup at designated locations
- Opportunity to submit reviews on products and services
- Other services determined by the Company
- The Company may change all or part of the services with prior notice for operational or technical reasons.
Article 4 (User Obligations)
- Users must comply with relevant laws, these Terms, usage guides and precautions, and notices from the Company, and must not interfere with the Company’s business.
- Users must accurately enter and verify their own photos and information and must not use another person’s information without authorization.
- Users must comply with Korean law and must not engage in illegal or fraudulent activities when using the Service.
Article 5 (Payment and Refund)
- Product prices are displayed as total amounts including VAT and all applicable taxes.
- Users may choose their preferred payment method from those provided by the Company.
- Payments are processed through payment gateways contracted by the Company, and additional fees may apply depending on the payment method.
- Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Company’s refund policy.
Article 6 (Personal Information Protection)
- The Company collects only the minimum necessary personal information for service provision, and the collection, use, retention, and provision of personal information is governed by relevant laws and the Company’s Privacy Policy.
- The Privacy Policy is posted separately on the Service screen.
Article 7 (Company’s Rights and Responsibilities)
- The Company is obligated to provide Users with defect-free products.
- The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, or by third parties such as telecommunications or power companies.
- The Company is not responsible for information uploaded, stored, or transmitted by Users during service use.
Article 8 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)
- In the event of a dispute between the Company and a User, both parties shall endeavor to resolve the dispute through mutual consultation.
- If the dispute is not resolved, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms shall take effect from July 1, 2025.
